A Mindfulness and Meditation Series

In this six-week mindfulness and meditation series, we will explore ways to get present and grounded in the here and now. Through this awareness we will gather tools for self-support and habit change. This series is intended for anyone that is interested in meditation practice and is looking to drop into periods of practice with others.
No prior meditation experience is necessary.
This series incorporates periods of meditation practice, gentle movement, and experimental work based in writing practice, talking practice, art, therapy, and group work.
February 4th - March 11th, 2018
Every Sunday 1:30 - 3:30 PM

$270 + HST for all six weeks.
